Customer Contacts
Are you able to enter Customer Contact details?
- To access Customer Contacts select the Sales module and then select the Customer List.
- In the Customer Info Tab you should have all relevant information ie. Company, Contact Name, Job title as well as all possible contact Phone Numbers and also a Fax number.
- Select the Contacts Tab on the top right of the Customer Card to view your main contact person for this Company and all of their details.
- These are all placed into the Customer File at the first instance that the Customer File is created.
