How do you create a Quote directly from a Lead?
Select the Marketing tab Select the Lead List button Select the Lead you wish to action Select the 'Quote' button at the base of the Lead form The Quote form will load populated with all the relevant data from the Lead Select the Products and Qtys to be quoted on - ref Sales help file for further detail on entering a Quote
The Lead will record the logged Quote for future reference. You will then have a record of the date the quote was create so you can refer to your Quote List in ERP to retrieve the quote and convert to an Order.
