Extra Details
What is the quickest way to view the items that make up the wages amount?
In the Pay Summary screen you can select the Extra Details field for any pay and see what amounts make up the Wages figure. eg. The wages figure may be $750 but made up of normal hours, overtime hours and sickleave. The Extra Details button will show these figures.
How to view Extra Details
Select Payroll tab Select Pay Staff button Find the Pay you wish to view details for Select the plus sign in the Extra Details column - this will display a list of payment types that make up the wages amount
Tip: If you scroll the Pay Summary screen to the right until the Extra Details column is on the left side of the screen you will be able to see all columns in extra details.
