Payment from an Invoice
How do you pay directly from an Invoice?
We can directly pay from an Invoice by selecting the Sales module then select Invoice List button.
- Double click the customer you may wish to set payment transaction
- From the Invoice press Payments button,
- Fill in Payment Date, Payment Method,and Reference No
- Click on the Apply column the Invoice you wish to pay
- Fill in Notes
- Save
