What It Took
Where would you look to find out "What It Took" to gain a new Customer?
Select the Marketing tab Select the Lead List button Select the Lead you wish to action The Action / Follow up Details section will outline "What It Took" from start to finish
Information outlining "What It Took" can also be found in the Marketing Action List
The Marketing Action List is a detailed report on all Actions taken between the selected date range for any or all Leads.
The List is customisable for you to display the columns relevant to your requirements. Like all Lists / Reports in ERP you can sort by columns and filter by selected criteria.
This list provides you the benefit of:- Knowing how long it has taken to create a Customer out of a Lead How many 'Actions' and the type of 'Action' it took to establish the Customer How efficiently your Sales and Marketing team are performing, by Rep
