Can you load service charge outs as part of the Time Sheet?

Creating an Appointment from the repairs screen updates both the repair and your calendar from a single point. Conversely, when you update the Actual Times for an appointment that was created from a Repair, the timesheet in the Repair can also be updated automatically. You can also Manually add timesheet entries and costs from within the repair.

• To addService Charge outs to a Repair select the Workshop Module and then the Repairs List button
• Select aRepair and then the Time Sheet  tab - Here you can see all existing timesheets for the repair including those created from Appointments.
• Select the Employee Name field in the last timesheet entry and hit the Down Arrow on your keyboard - This creates a New Timesheet entry
• Select the Employee name from the drop down list and add Date, Hours, Rates etc and Save
