How do you create an Invoice directly from a Lead?
Select the Marketing tab Select the Lead List button Select the Lead you wish to action Select the 'Invoice' button at the base of the Lead form The Invoice form will load populated with all the relevant data from the Lead Select the Products and Qtys to be Invoiced - ref Sales help file for further detail on entering an Invoice
The Lead will record the logged Invoice for future reference. You will then have a record of the date the invoice was create so you can refer to your Invoice List in ERP to retrieve the invoice.
