Pop Up Reminders

Does the Pop Up Reminder make sense?

Within the Product List you can add a Pop Up Reminder to remind you when creating a Sales Order or Invoice to add a specific message.

• From the Main Menu select the Inventory Module and then the Express Product List or Product List 
• If in either one you can select the Product or Express Button to change from one to the other
• Select the Product you wish to add a Pop Up Message to and select the Miscellaneous Tab
• Tick the Pop Up Reminder When Product is Sold radio button to activate the pop up.
• This then allows you to add a Pop Up Message in the Text Field below and select Save

Now when you go into a Sales Order or Invoice and sell that product a Pop Up message will appear when you load the Product  reminding you of the pre set message to take any action that is required Eg. There is a special on for this week.
