Quote For Equipment
What is required to be on, for the equipment to save on the customer card when using on a quote?
New Equipment can be added from within the Equipment List, from the Main Screen, from a Product or from a Quote. Once in the New Equipment page either method is the same.
To add equipment from a Quote
- Before you can Add Equipment to a customer file from a Quote, you must flag the product as "Is Equipment"
- From the Main Screen select the Workshop Module then the Product Express List button
- Select the Product that you want to Add as Equipment and select the Is Equipment check box
- The New Equipment screen will now open
- Fill out all of the Required fields and Save
