Back-up on Exit

Back-up on Exit - Do you know how to set the last person exit 'Auto Back-up' function?

Go to 'Utilities' module, select 'Preferences' and then select 'Utilities' from within the preferences tab. Then under the General heading make sure "Backup on last person exit" is ticked.
