Values For a Period
Do you understand that you are loading just the values for this period?
The first period for a budget is effectively a template on which future periods will be modelled. When adding values for the first period you only need be concerned with that one period. Future figures will be copies and extrapolated from these.
How to enter values
Select Budget tab Select Budget button Select Budget Name from the drop down list - The screen will default to the first period Under Account Name enter the first account to be monitored from the drop down list. Enter amounts for each department and each Description<LinkId=1129> Use the Down Arrow on your keyboard to create a new line and repeat as above for each account to be included in this budget.
You should complete entering values for this period for all accounts before copying_to_all_periods<LinkId=1133>
