Marketing Ratios Report

Overview
The Marketing Ratio Report enables Department Heads to establish the efficiency of their Marketing procedures. It
gives you vital information pertaining to each source of contacts and the success ratio for each step in the sales
pipeline including:
- Calls - The number of calls made based on the reports date range
- DM Contacted - The number of decision makers contacted
- Leads - New business leads generated from calls for this period
- Approved - Number of leads marked "Approved" (ie. Considered to be qualified leads)
- Not Approved - Number of leads not approved or rejected as not properly qualified
- Sales - Number of leads converted to a sales order or invoice
Calls Approved and Sales are displayed as a number and as a percentage or ratio
