Utilities Preferences

Overview
Preferences: To access Utilities Preferences; Go toUtilities module, and clickPreferences. A window will open up showing you the list of all the modules on the left side. From here you can change preferences for any module. Click Utilities module from the left side and the preference window related to Utilities appear.
There is search option at the top right; from here you can go to any preference option you looking for irrespective of any module. The search tab at the top left will open up the list of all the preferences options of all the modules. You can search for any preference you looking for irrespective of the modules with theF5, F6 andF7 option as well.
These search option are for your ease, if you are looking for any particular preference but not sure in which module it comes in these option will help you locate them.
General: In the general section you can change preferences as per your requirement. Selecting these options will turn the preferences in your area.
You can choose from any two options of Show Dashboard that are Main Dashboard or Sales Dashboard or you can remove the check mark which will not show the Dashboard.
From the left hand side you can scroll down for more options in Utilities Preferences.
Enable Modules: These are the modules that you can enable or disable. For example if you want to disable the Payroll Module, you will remove the selection. Enabling or Disabling any module will give a message"Enabling/Disabling any Module requires Application Restart (Log off/ Log on). Do you wish to proceed?" Clicking Yes will restart the software and when the software restart you will see the Payroll Module has been removed.
Printers: From here you can select primary printer from the drop down menu. So whenever you send any request from the ERP to print out anything it will use that particular printer.
Marketing Lead: Email Configuration: This option will allow you to configure email that you want to use for Marketing purpose. So whenever you want to send a marketing email it will be predesigned.
Day/Week: This section allows you to set the start and end of week dates with the number of weekends.
Whatever Preferences changes you want to create makes sure to save them.
