Overview

The Rep Services area enables the User to keep a Record of all Services available for that Company for all Reps. When a New Rep is created a Service can then be assigned to that Rep. A new Service can also be created when the New Rep has been converted from the Employee List. These services also link through to the Appointments Tab when the Rep is selected.

How to Use Rep Services

  • A Rep service can be created by one of Three ways. To have the Services already set up within ERP please

click on the Rep Service Button located within the Employee Tab.

Option 1

  • When the List appears you will see all available services that have already been set up.
  • To Create a New Service please click on the "New" Button located at the bottom of the Page.
  • A New Service sheet will appear. In this New Service the User can enter the following:

Service Description - The type of Service a rep can offer. Charge Rate - This is the Rate that the Rep will be charged out at. Ranking - This will advise the User of the quality of the work. Software - Tick if the Rep installs Software into your Computer. Hardware - Tick if the Rep supplies components for your computer. Active - Tick if you wish to make the service Active. Fixed Rate - Tick this box if the Service is charged out at a fixed rate.

Then Click on the Save Button, this will then put your New Service into the List.

Option 2

  • When you convert an Employee to a Rep from within the Employee Tab and click on the "Rate Info" Button,

type the Service that the Rep can perform. Example, Installation.

  • Then tab out of the Service Type/Description Box. You will be advised that this service type is not in the List.

Would you like a Create a New Service? Click Yes if you wish to add this to the List.

  • You will then be able to add this service to the List. Then click save.
  • Your New service has now been saved to the Rep Services List.

Option 3

  • The Rep Services list can be added by clicking on the Employee Dropdown Menu, located at the top of ERP.
