Overview
Selecting the CRM Reports icon will open the Report Selector menu displaying the list of CRM related reports including but not limited to those in the CRM tab.

- Canvasser List- List of Employees created as Canvassers
- Feedback Report - List of customers on Support List with Feedback notes
- Global List- List of all entities in ERP from Employees to customers and suppliers and marketing
- Marketing_Ratios_Report - List of calls with ratios of different resulting actions
- Loyalty Program List
Phone Contact/Follow Up List
- Prospect List
- Sales Ratios Report - Report of sales ratios by employee
