Feedback Reports

Where is the main area your Feedback Reports come from?

  • From the CRM module select the Feedback Report button.
  • This Feedback Report list will display a list of Customers
  • Double click on one of these you will be taken into another screen - Appointments.
  • Appointments are the main place your Feedback Reports will come from, whether they are for Appointments or even Repairs.
  • You will notice in the Feedback Report screen there is a No Feedback and  a With Feedback Radio button.
  • Obviously if you wish to see Feedback you must click on this radio button
  • This is a great tool to track Customer Feedback on both Repairs and Appointments that your  Reps had.
