Overview
The Telemarketing section allows you to run Telemarketing Campaigns under a selected Criteria as defined in the Contact Selection Range.
- Select the Marketing Tab
- Select the'Telemarketing' button
- Select the Contact List you wish to call - this must have been previously created in Contact Selection Range
- The first contact in the list will appear on screen
- Start calling your contacts listed in this campaign keeping a record of all Actions in the Action Type field
- Select Script button if you want to use a script for this campaign.
- Select Yes button if you wish to create a script
- After finishing with this contact select Next button
