Overview

The Telemarketing section allows you to run Telemarketing Campaigns under a selected Criteria as defined in the  Contact Selection Range.

  • Select the Marketing Tab
  • Select the'Telemarketing' button
  • Select the Contact List you wish to call - this must have been previously created in Contact Selection Range
  • The first contact in the list will appear on screen
  • Start calling your contacts listed in this campaign keeping a record of all Actions in the Action Type field
  • Select Script button if you want to use a script for this campaign.
  • Select Yes button if you wish to create a script
  • After finishing with this contact select Next button

In the Contact Details area, you can see the detail about the contact like there company name, contact person name, contact number, duration time spent on this contact, and whether this qualify for or not.

In the Action/Follow up Details you can mark the contact according to the action you have done on it. In the Action Type column the drop down menu provides you with multiple actions to choose from. Whatever the result is mark the lead accordingly from this drop down menu.
