Overview
A Prospect is someone who has had contact with the company and is either a Customer or has indicated that they are interested in remaining in contact with the company. A prospect can be added to the system via the Prospect Screen.
How to add a prospect
- Select CRM tab
- Select Prospect button
- Enter known Company details including the Company Types
- If the prospect is in your existing customer list, select the customer record from the drop down list under
Related Customers
- Select the Address Info tab and complete the requested data
- Save
