This is in regards to sending mass mail merges.


Company Correspondence Customization - Can you customize or set up a document template for correspondence?

Utilities Module

  • Preferences
  • Utilities
  • Marketing Lead: Email Configuration


To Select or Edit go to the Top Menu go to General (drop down menu)

  • Correspondence
  • Email Reference List
  • Select the Reference you would like to Edit
  • Edit the Reference
  • Edit the Text

OR

  • Select New
  • Enter Reference
  • Enter desired Text
  • Click Save
