A canvasser is an employee who is employed to go out and canvass on the business's behalf - someone who is a telemarketer, door to door canvaser etc. From a system point of view a canvasser is a category of employee and the canvassers information is maintained mainly from the Employee List.To create a canvasser you must first create an Employee to be converted to a canvasser.
How to create a Canvasser
- Select CRM tab
- Select Canvasser button
- Select theEmployee from the drop down list
- Save
