Overview
If employees are required to be out of the office "on site" they must be added to the "New Rep" section to enable all appointments to be added to the Main Calendar.
Sales Reps are attached to each quote, sales order or invoice. You will need to transfer data from the employee card to the sales rep area to enable this function to work properly. A Rep must be entered as an Employee before they can be made into a Rep.
Creating a New Sales Rep
- In the Main menu select "Employee" and then select "Rep". The "New Employee" area must be filled
out first
- Select the REP button
- At the top of the page under "Representative" you will find a drop down arrow, click on this to see all Employees.
- Select the Employee you need to change to a "Rep". This will transfer all relevant details.
- When you select the Employee you should make sure that the Address is correct.
- The Rate Info tab enables a Rate to be applied to a Rep. This will enable a charge to be added to an
Appointment should the need arise.
- All Appointments that are created for a Rep will be displayed in the History Tab.
- Once the Rep has been created and all is correct, Please click on the Save Button to save all details.
