Overview

The Foreign Exchange Rates List displays a list of all Active and Inactive Rates currently created within your ERP Database. From here you can also add new Foreign Exchange Rates and change details of existing ones.

How To view the Foreign Exchange Rates List

  • Select the General Tab or Select the Accounts drop-down from the top toolbar
  • Select 'Foreign Exchange Rates List'.

Select the relevant radio button to view the Foreign Exchange Rates List by 'Active Rates'; 'Inactive Rates'; or 'All Rates'.

NB: Before setting up a new Rate it is advisable to check the 'Inactive Rates' or 'All Rates' list, as most currencies already exist in this list. Refer to 'Foreign Exchange Rates' for details on how to set rates up and make them active.

  • Double-click to open any Foreign Exchange Rate in the lists to edit the details. Refer to Foreign Exchange Rates
