Overview
The Production Job Status Displays Production Jobs (Orders) filtered by Not Completed, Completed or All. From this screen you can manage most aspects of manufacturing from scheduling to completion.
Ways Lists in ERP can be Manipulated:
How to use Production Job Status
- Select Manufacturing tab
- Select Production Job Status button
- Select Date Range
- Select Status (Not Completed, Completed, All)
- Double Click Customer Name to view customer file
- Double Click Product Name or Description to view Barcode Manufacturing screen
- Double Click any other field to view the Sales Order
- Select an item with the From Stock status.
- Select Manufacture to change the source of the product from Stock to Manufacture
- Select any Not Scheduled product
- Select Schedule button to schedule the manufacture of the product
- Select any Scheduled product
- Select Production Work Sheets - Print Work Sheets list will pop-up
- Select Work Sheets to print and select Print
- Select any line
- Select Finalise button - this will finalise the manufacturing and produce an invoice
- Select a line
- Select Print (Detailt) button - Prints work order with full Bill of Materials
- Select Print button - prints the list of Production Jobs
