Overview
A Lead becomes a prospect when an appointment has been set for them. You can also create a Prospect from the Prospect screen in the same way that you would create a Marketing Contact or Lead.
How to create a Prospect
- Select Marketing tab
- Select Prospect button
- Enter the details of the Prospect
