Overview

A Prospect is someone who has had contact with the company and either is a Customer or has indicated that they are interested in remaining in contact with the company. A prospect can be added to the system via the Prospect Screen.

How to add a prospect

  • Select CRM tab
  • Select Prospect button
  • Enter known Company details including the Company_Types
  • If the prospect is in your existing customer list, select the customer record from the drop down list under

Related Customers

  • Select the Address Info tab and complete the requested data
  • Save
