Customer Contacts

Are you able to enter Customer Contact details?

To access Customer Contacts select the Sales module and then select the Customer List.
In the Customer Info Tab you should have all relevant information ie. Company, Contact Name, Job title as well as all possible contact Phone Numbers and also a Fax number.
Select the Contacts Tab on the top right of the Customer Card to view your main contact person for this Company and all of their details.
These are all placed into the Customer File at the first instance that the Customer File is created.
