Customer Contacts
Are you able to enter Customer Contact details?
Again, to access Customer Contacts go to Sales, Customer List and this will open your chosen Customer.
In the Customer Info Tab you should have all relevant information ie. Company, Contact Name, Job title as well as all possible contact Phone Numbers and also a Fax number.
At the right hand side of this module you will see a Contacts Tab, if you click on this it will open to a screen where you will see your main contact person for this Company and all their details.
These are all placed into the Customer File at the first instance that the Customer File is created.
