Back-up on Exit

Back-up on Exit - Why do you not change the files for TrueERP from windows explorer?

Go to 'Utilities' module, select 'Preferences' and then select 'Utilities' from within the preferences tab. Then under the General heading make sure "Backup on last person exit" is ticked.
