Overview

Company Types are used to help you group prospects. You can define Company Types in any way that suits your market such as by Industry, Size etc.

How to Create Company Types

• Select CRM tab
• Select Prospect button
• Enter a new Company Type in the Company Type box and tab out
• You will be asked if you want to create a new Company Type - Select Yes
• Enter a name for the Company Type in the TYPE column
• Enter a description for the Company Type
• If this is to be the Default type, tick the check box (only one type can be the default)
• Select OK to save
