Appointment Status

Overview

Appointment_Status types are used to help you track appointment activity in progress. You can define Appointment Status in any way that suits your business such as by activity, outstanding issues, finance etc.

How to Create Appointment Statûs

  • Select Appointments tab
  • Select Appointment List button
  • Select an Appointment
  • Enter a new Appointment Status in the Status and tab out
  • You will be asked if you want to create a new Appointment_Status - Select Yes
  • Enter a name for the Appointment Status in the TYPE column
  • Enter a description for the Appointment Status
  • If this is to be the Default status, tick the check box (only one type can be the default)
  • Select OK to save
