Overview
Use this list to view all marketing contacts. To use Marketing Contacts see Telemarketing orLeads.
Ways Lists in ERP can be Manipulated:
The Marketing Contact List also has its own import function allowing the bulk import of Marketing Contacts from a .pdi file (see Importing Data)
How to use Marketing Contact List
- Select Marketing Tab
- Select Marketing Contact List
- Criteria - From the drop down list select a Contact Selection Range to filter the list See also Filtering Lists
- Search Column - Select from the drop down list a column that you wish to search by. Default is the column
on the furthest left of the screen. Any column can be searched on. See Searching
- Search Text - Type the text you wish to search by. See Searching
- Details - Select this radio button to display Marketing Contacts with history (note that this is subject to the
date range selected)
- Summary - This is the default view showing Contact List only
