Overview
Ways Lists in ERP can be Manipulated:
The "To Do's" area is a very valuable function and will enable you to set tasks for your Employees and also to keep track of their progress. If you set a task for someone it will appear in their reminder listings. The "To Do's" area can be found under the "Employee" Tab.
All the To Do's that have been created will then appear in the To Do List for the creator to keep track of. This will enable the user to view the result and the time it took for the To Do to be completed.
How to View To Do List
- Under the Employee Tab the" To Do list Button" will display a list of all the created "To Do's".
- The To Do list will show you all Outstanding and Completed Tasks that need to be actioned.
- If you have created a number of To Do's for a number of Employees, you can select a specific Employees
to view.
- Or you can select to view all the Employees.
- Each To Do will advise when the To Do was created, When the To Do must be completed, A Description,
The Employee the To Do is for and if there is a Result.
- The Result Box will be in Red if a Result has been entered into the To Do.
- Click on the "+" in the Result Box, This will Drop Down the Result to view the Date and what has been
completed.
- To view the To Do, Double click on the To Do you wish to see.
- To advise if the Result in the To Do has been done, please tick the Box.
