Overview

The Support Log List is a report that enables you to see all the calls that have come through and been logged as support. Ways Lists in ERP can be Manipulated:


How to View Support Log List

  • Select the Appointments tab
  • Select the Support Log List button
  • Select the Date Range required
  • Double click a Support Log to open
