Overview

The Prospect List allows you to enquire on and list prospects, update prospect details, convert prospects to Customers or Suppliers.

Ways Lists in ERP can be Manipulated:

How To View the Prospect List

  • Select the CRM tab
  • Select theProspect List button
  • Double Click a prospect to open
  • Select Contact Tab
  • Select New button to add a contact
  • Select Edit to edit a contact
  • Select Inactive Contact button to see the contact that was entered in the front page (This contact is inactive by

default)

  • Select Edit and Select Active check box to add to contact list
  • Select a contact and then select Letter button
  • Give the letter a reference (name, identifier)
  • ERP will create a letter to the contact using the default document stored under Company Information

You can create a fax or email document the same way.

  • Select History tab to view the prospects history with regard to the Rewards Program
  • Select Documents to see letters etc created for this prospect
  • Select Notes tab to view or add notes
  • Select FollowUp tab to view or add followups (these can also be added from Marketing)
  • Select Ph Contact to view or add a record of a phone contact
