Overview
The Prospect List allows you to enquire on and list prospects, update prospect details, convert prospects to Customers or Suppliers.
Ways Lists in ERP can be Manipulated:
How To View the Prospect List
- Select the CRM tab
- Select the Prospect List button
- Double Click on a Prospect to open
- Select Contact Tab
- Select New button to add a contact
- Select Edit to edit a contact
- Select Inactive Contact button to see the contact that was entered in the front page (This contact is inactive by default)
- Select Edit and Select Active check box to add to contact list
- Select a contact and then select Letter button
- Give the letter a reference (name, identifier)
- ERP will create a letter to the contact using the default document stored under Company Information
- You can create a fax or email document the same way.
- Select History tab to view the prospects history with regard to the Rewards Program
- Select Documents to see letters etc created for this prospect
- Select Notes tab to view or add notes
- Select Follow Up tab to view or add followups (these can also be added from Marketing)
- Select Ph Contact to view or add a record of a phone contact
