Overview
The Support Log List is a report that enables you to see all the calls that have come through and been logged as support. Ways Lists in ERP can be Manipulated:
How to View Support Log List
- Select the Appointments tab
- Select the Support Log List button
- Select the Date Range required
- Double Click a support log to open
