Overview
A Lead becomes a prospect when an appointment has been set for them. You can also create a Prospect from the Prospect screen in the same way that you would create a Marketing Contact or Lead. The Prospect List is a list of all prospects. It has default filters for Active Prospects, Inactive Prospects and All Prospects
