Customers on Support List

Overview

Phone support is used if you sell a product in which your clients will need to phone in for advice and usage questions. This feature within the program will allow you to keep a track of any issues raised and the conclusions.

The customers on support list allows you to view all customers who are eligible to receive the phone support.

You can add new Support Pricing from the Customers on Support List by selecting New

How to Add a Customer to the Support List

  • Click on the Sales tab
  • Click on the Customers List
  • Double click on the specific customer that you wish to add to the support list.
  • Select the General tab in the Customer Card
  • Select the date that you wish to give the client free phone support until. (Once the date has passed an invoice will be generated so you can charge the client for the call.)
  • Click Save - The client will now appear in the Customers on Support List.
