Appointment Status

Overview
Appointment_Status types are used to help you track appointment activity in progress. You can define Appointment_Status in any way that suits your business such as by activity, outstanding issues, finance etc.
How to Create Appointment Statûs
- Select Appointments tab
- Select Appointment List button
- Select an Appointment
- Enter a new Appointment_Status in the Status and tab out
- You will be asked if you want to create a new Appointment_Status - Select Yes
- Enter a name for the Appointment_Status in the TYPE column
- Enter a description for theAppointment_Status
- If this is to be the Default status, tick the check box (only one type can be the default)
- Select OK to save
