Overview

Appointment_Status types are used to help you track appointment activity in progress. You can define Appointment_Status in any way that suits your business such as by activity, outstanding issues, finance etc.

How to Create Appointment Statûs

  • Select Appointments tab
  • Select Appointment List button
  • Select an Appointment
  • Enter a new Appointment_Status in the Status and tab out
  • You will be asked if you want to create a new Appointment_Status - Select Yes
  • Enter a name for the Appointment_Status in the TYPE column
  • Enter a description for theAppointment_Status
  • If this is to be the Default status, tick the check box (only one type can be the default)
  • Select OK to save
