Use this list to view all marketing contacts. To use Marketing Contacts see Telemarketing orLeads.

• Filtering Lists
• Searching f5 f6 f7
• Customising Lists
• Report Printing Options
• Export Data

The Marketing Contact List also has its own import function allowing the bulk import of Marketing Contacts from a .pdi file (see Importing Data)

How to use Marketing Contact List

• Select Marketing Tab
• Select Marketing Contact List
• Criteria - From the drop down list select a Contact Selection Range to filter the list See also Filtering Lists
• Search Column - Select from the drop down list a column that you wish to search by. Default is the column

on the furthest left of the screen. Any column can be searched on. See Searching

• Search Text - Type the text you wish to search by. See Searching

• Details - Select this radio button to display Marketing Contacts with history (note that this is subject to the

date range selected)

• Summary - This is the default view showing Contact List only
