Overview
The Job List is a report listing details of all the Jobs entered into your ERP database. The list can also be viewed with Related Customers displayed.
Ways Lists in ERP can be Manipulated:
How To Use the Job List
- Select the 'Workshop' Module then select the 'Job List' button.
- Refer to Global Features for instructions on using the following functions:
- Filtering - Add To; Execute; Clear
- Searching - F5; F6; F7
- Sorting columns
- Customise
- Exporting
- Select the required radio button to display the list you wish to view, i.e. 'Active Jobs Only'; Inactive Jobs Only; 'All'
- Select the 'Related' button to view the list of Customers that have associated Related Customers.
- The 'Customer List' displays Jobs beside all Customers with jobs.
- To return to the 'Job List' you will need to Close the Customer List and re-open the Job List.
- Double-click on any entry to take you to the source of the information, i.e. the job card.
- Select the 'New' button to open a new Customer Card entry form when you need to create a new Customer. Refer
to New Customer for instructions. NB: This button does not create a new job.
