Overview
In this section you will be using the SALES TAB, please note that apart from the main buttons there is also a secondary level of choices on the customisable top toolbar, circled below, (refer General Tab for instructions).
The Sales Tab contains features directly linked to the Sales function. The buttons on this tab enable the creation, addition modification and viewing of customer information, transactions and logistical and testing systems.
The SALES dropdown menu, circled below, contains all of the Buttons that appear within the SALES Tab plus CRM, Jobs, Manifest & POS.
At the Sales Tab you can:
- Add, modify a Customer and view their transaction history
- View, Print and Export a Customer List
- Add, modify a Quote
- View, Print and Export a Quote List
- Add, modify a Sales Order
- View, Print and Export a Sales Order List
- Add, modify an Invoice
- View, Print and Export a an Invoice List
- Add, modify, Print and Export a Cash Sale
- Add, modify, Print and Export a Refund
- View, Print and Export the Product Express List
- Add, modify, a Backorder
- View, Print and Export a Backorder List
- Add, modify, view, Print and Export a Project List
- View, Print and Export Sales Reports
- View Messages
- Customise your ERP screen
- View and action Reminders
