Overview

The ERP Quote List contains data relating to all Quotes that have been processed within your ERP database. The Quote List reports by Quotes pending results; Converted Quotes, i.e. to an order/invoice; Quotes completed, i.e. closed off no action; and a list of All Quotes.

Ways Lists in ERP can be Manipulated:

How to use the Quote List

  • Select the Sales tab
  • Select the Quote List button
  • Select the relevant Radio button to view the required data, i.e. Quotes; Converted Quotes; Completed Quotes;

All Quotes.

  • Select the 'NEW' button to load a new Quote data entry screen.
  • Enter/select data as required, i.e. Customer, Products etc. Refer Quote for details.
  • Select 'SAVE'.
  • The newly created Quote will now display in the Quote List.
  • Note: The total of the displayed Quotes is listed at the bottom of screen.
  • Total Number of records is listed in the bottom left corner of screen.
